The inflation rate was announced 0.6 percent for the last month of the year ended 20 Mar 2015. By considering this number the annual inflation rate will reach 14.3 percent which is unprecedented in the last four years. The government was successful in curbing the monthly inflation in the last year and luckily the global recession in the last six months has accelerated it.

The market wore green on the first working day of the New Year. Last year could be considered as the worst year for the TSE. The Index declined by 21% over the past year. Last year, the uncertainly over the nuclear negotiations between Iran and 5+1 besides the economic downtrend led to turbulent market. The status of nuclear negotiations will be determined soon. However, the oil prices, the deposit interest rates and the national economic trend will have a main roll in directing the market in year ahead.
